Who we are

KSA.ai is an online AI-generated stock-image library focused on Saudi Arabia. The website at ksa.ai is operated as a brand.

Merchant of Record

All paid subscriptions and one-time purchases on KSA.ai are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payments, refunds, charge-backs, and global VAT/sales-tax compliance on our behalf. When you pay for a KSA.ai plan, your card statement, receipt, and invoice will be issued by Lemon Squeezy.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, name (optional), hashed password, account creation date.
  • Download events: which image you downloaded, when, anonymised IP address, and user agent string. Used for quota enforcement and fraud prevention.
  • Analytics: aggregated, anonymised page-view data via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. No personally identifying information is shared with Google.
  • Inquiry / support: messages you send via the contact form and the email address you provide.

What we DO NOT collect

  • We do not collect or store payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy handles all card data.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers on KSA.ai pages.

How we use your data

  • To provide you the service you signed up for (download access, email verification, account management).
  • To enforce free-tier quotas and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the service via aggregated analytics.
  • To respond to your support inquiries.

Email

We send transactional emails (sign-up verification, password reset, subscription receipts via Lemon Squeezy) via Resend. We do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.

Where your data lives

Account data and download history are stored in a Neon Postgres database (US region). Image files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Analytics are stored by Google Analytics (US region) per Google's own retention policies.

Your rights

  • Access + correction: log into your account at /account/profile to view or edit your data.
  • Deletion: email hello@ksa.ai and we'll soft-delete your account within 7 days. Download history is anonymised but retained for fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Refunds: handled by Lemon Squeezy per their refund policy.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies: an authentication session cookie set by Auth.js when you sign in, and the GA4 analytics cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
