Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or downloading any image from KSA.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

KSA.ai is a stock-image library of AI-generated images focused on Saudi Arabia. Subscribers and free-tier users may download images for use under the licence terms in Section 5.

3. Account & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account.

4. Payment terms

All paid plans and credit packs are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy per their refund policy. Contact them directly at lemonsqueezy.com/help.
  • VAT & sales tax are calculated and remitted by Lemon Squeezy based on your billing location.

5. Image licence

When you download an image as a paid subscriber or via a credit pack:

  • Royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the image for commercial and editorial purposes, including in websites, apps, advertising, social media, print, and presentations.
  • You may NOT resell or redistribute the raw image file, claim authorship, or use it in a way that would defame or misrepresent Saudi Arabia, its people, religion, or government.
  • AI-generated content disclosure: all images are AI-generated. You should not represent them as authentic photographs of real events, places, or individuals.

Free-tier downloads are limited to 10 images lifetime, capped at 1280px long edge, for non-commercial editorial use only. Commercial use of free downloads requires an upgrade.

6. Exclusive licences

Images flagged "Exclusive" are not part of the standard subscription. They are licensed individually via the contact form starting at $2,500 per image and grant the buyer exclusive worldwide usage rights.

7. Prohibited use

  • Bulk-downloading via scripts or automated agents.
  • Using KSA.ai images to train other AI models.
  • Using KSA.ai images for content that violates Saudi Arabia's laws, promotes hate, or depicts illegal activity.
  • Reverse-engineering or scraping the watermarked previews.

8. AI disclaimer

All images on KSA.ai are AI-generated and depict no real individuals or events. Any resemblance is unintentional. If you find an image objectionable or wish it removed, use the "Report this image" link on the image page.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time via hello@ksa.ai.

10. Limitation of liability

KSA.ai is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Payment-related disputes are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
