1. About KSA.ai

KSA.ai is an information platform covering AI and technology in Saudi Arabia, including organisations, jobs, salaries, AI tools and models, community reviews, and ecosystem guides.

KSA.ai is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, investment adviser, legal adviser, or provider of professional advice. We are not a party to transactions or relationships between users and third parties.

2. Accounts

You may browse most of the site without an account. Some features require an account.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and not create multiple accounts or use an account for someone else.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Contact hello@ksa.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. User Content

You are responsible for anything you submit to KSA.ai.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it.
• It is truthful and, where applicable, based on your own experience.
• It does not unlawfully disclose another person's personal information.
• It does not violate a confidentiality or other legal obligation.
• It is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or fraudulent.

All submissions may be reviewed before publication.

We may publish, edit, categorise, translate, decline or remove content at our discretion.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give KSA.ai a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate and publish it as part of the service.

We may also combine submissions into aggregated statistics.

4. Anonymous Contributions

Salary submissions, employer reviews and interview experiences may be published anonymously.

We cannot guarantee that information you include in your submission will not allow someone to identify you.

5. Salary Data

Salary information is submitted by users and is not independently verified. It is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as verified compensation data.

Approved salary submissions may provide the submitting user with twelve months of access to the full salary database.

6. Employer Accounts and Jobs

Employers must have an active subscription to post jobs, unless otherwise authorised by KSA.ai.

Job postings must represent genuine opportunities and comply with applicable law.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the paid period, and payments are generally non-refundable.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

KSA.ai contains information submitted by users and obtained from public sources. Although we moderate content, we do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete or current.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Nothing on KSA.ai constitutes legal, tax, immigration, investment, employment or other professional advice.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Scrape, copy or bulk-extract our content or databases except as permitted by law or our published technical rules.
• Attempt to identify authors of anonymous contributions.
• Create multiple or automated accounts.
• Manipulate ratings, reviews or salary data.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited contact.

9. Editorial Independence

Paid subscriptions do not give employers the right to alter, suppress or influence community reviews, ratings or salary information.

10. Intellectual Property

The KSA.ai name, logo, design, software, databases and their structure and selection belong to KSA.ai or its licensors.

You may quote and link to KSA.ai pages with attribution. You may not copy or reproduce our databases in whole or substantial part without permission.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or submit fraudulent or repeatedly false content.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting hello@ksa.ai.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSA.ai is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or opportunities, decisions based on information on the site, or disputes or transactions between users and third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Third-Party Sites

KSA.ai links to third-party websites, including employers, vendors and public sources. We do not control or take responsibility for their content, security or privacy practices.

14. Changes

We may change the service or these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

If you continue using KSA.ai after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be handled by the applicable state or federal courts located in California.
